With more than 33 years of experience in the audio, visual, and lighting industry, Pedro’s journey is a testament to his passion and expertise. It all began during his time in the United States Air Force in Oklahoma, where he deepened his knowledge of sound through an audio recording program at a local college. After returning to Texas, Pedro became the Audio-Visual Director at Christ For The Nations Institute in Dallas, where he oversaw campus-wide audio, video, and theatrical lighting systems, managed audio consoles for major events, and developed a comprehensive training program for student volunteers.

In 2004, Pedro founded Evolve Audio Visual with the belief that every space has a story to tell. As the visionary leader of Evolve, he has completed innovative AV projects for the house of worship and corporate sectors, specializing in:

• Custom sound systems.
• Theatrical lighting solutions.
• Advanced video display solutions.

Pedro’s ability to understand the story and purpose of each space allows him to solve complex challenges and transform AV systems into integral parts of a space’s narrative.

Pedro is an active member of the National Systems Contractors Association and the Audio Engineering Society and holds certifications from leading manufacturers in the industry. His dedication to innovation, quality, and problem-solving  is the driving force behind EAV’s success.

Jacob Salas

Project Manager

With over 15 years of experience in audio-visual project management, Jacob brings a wealth of expertise to Evolve. His leadership and problem-solving skills have been pivotal in delivering custom AV solutions across diverse industries, including corporate spaces and houses of worship. With a background in Radio, Television, and Film, and specialized training in audio systems and lighting design, he is adept at overseeing large-scale installations from start to finish.

His deep understanding of how to balance technology with the specific needs of each space ensures that the audio, visual, and lighting systems not only meet, but exceed client expectations. His meticulous attention to detail and ability to navigate complex challenges have solidified his role as a crucial part of the team.

Jacob’s work is guided by the belief that each project contributes to the larger story  of the space, using audio-visual technology to enhance and support the narrative of the environment. Whether it’s a major event or an ongoing installation, his goal is always to provide seamless, impactful results that resonate with the client’s vision.

Isael Salas

Project Lead

With a unique blend of audio-visual experience  and a passion for music, Isael has been an integral part of Evolve since his early years. Raised in a family deeply rooted in the audio-visual industry, he developed a strong foundation as a percussionist, eventually becoming drumline captain in high school. While pursuing a degree in Marketing and Business, he worked hands-on with the team at Evolve, gaining expertise in lighting design, sound systems, and theatrical installations.

After exploring a brief career in finance, his love for music and technology brought him back to Evolve, where his commitment to delivering high-quality, customized solutions continues to drive the success of each project.

At Evolve, Isael plays a key role in the installation and integration of advanced audio-visual systems  that enhance the story and purpose of each space. Whether for corporate clients or houses of worship, his understanding of each environment’s unique needs ensures the technology used aligns perfectly with the client’s vision. Every installation is treated as a continuation of that space’s narrative, using cutting-edge technology to bring it to life.
